Each vial delivers one dose. Do not reuse vials, syringes, or needles.
A dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist administered once weekly by subcutaneous injection. Gojaro solution should be clear, colourless to slightly yellow. Do not use if the medicine appears cloudy, has particles, or is discoloured.
Gojaro is supplied in six dose strengths, allowing a stepped titration schedule agreed with the prescriber.
Use only the dose strength prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not combine vials to make up a dose.
Every Gojaro injection follows the same sequence. Read the full leaflet before you start, and every time you receive a new vial.
Wash hands. Check the label. Wipe the rubber stopper with alcohol.
Pull air into the syringe, invert the vial, and slowly draw the prescribed dose.
Clean the site. Insert at 45–90°. Slowly push the plunger until the syringe is empty.
Place the used vial, syringe, and needles in a sharps container immediately.
Store unused vials in a refrigerator, in the original carton to protect from light. If needed, an unopened vial may be kept at room temperature (below 30°C) for up to 21 days. Do not freeze.
Each vial contains a single dose only. Do not reuse a vial, syringe, or needle. Do not share your vial, syringe, or needles with other people — you may transmit a serious infection.
